Glassware
Absinthe deserves its own specialist glassware and the 19th century produced dozens of unique styles. The common link was the 'dose' mark which was used to measure the correct amount of absinthe. This could either take the form of a line around the glass or a raised 'cordon' or even a reservoir. We offer a select collection of high quality absinthe glasses and glass water drippers from the finest French and Spanish glass blowers.
Absinthe spoons
In the mid-19th century peak of absinthe drinking there were literally hundreds of different shapes and styles of absinthe spoon. We offer a select collection of high quality absinthe spoons in stainless steel, chrome-plate and silver-plate. These spoons are faithful replicas of 19th century absinthe spoons as seen in reference works by French absinthe historian Marie-Claude Delahaye.
Absinthe Fountains
Absinthe fountains are possibly the pinnacle of style for serving absinthe. They were to be found on bar tops or brought to tables to enable absinthe drinkers to slowly drip water into their glasses. With anything from two to six taps, they allowed several drinkers to top up their glasses at the same time. Our selection includes classic replicas and art nouvelle designs based on historical fountains.
